Taste on These Healthy Pumpkin Smoothies All Fall Long

Fall is here, y'all! You know what that implies, correct? 'Tis the season for pumpkin EVERYTHING. It's a great opportunity to break out that blender since we're demonstrating to you best practices to throw together Healthy Swirled Pumpkin Smoothies. They're sans dairy, simple to make, and will fulfill any sweet tooth. Nobody needs to know they're beneficial for you as well! :)











Ingredients:

- 4 glasses cut bananas 

 3 1/2 glasses unsweetened almond drain 

 2 teaspoons vanilla concentrate 

 4 Tablespoons maple syrup 

 3 teaspoons cocoa powder 

 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon 

- 1 container canned pumpkin 

-  arranged nuts, granola, and dried organic product for embellish 

Instructions: 

1. Place cut bananas on a preparing sheet fixed with material paper. Stop overnight, or for a couple of hours. 

2. To influence the vanilla smoothie to layer, join 1 glass solidified cut bananas, 1 container almond drain, 1/2 teaspoon vanilla, and 1 tablespoon maple syrup in a blender. Mix until smooth. 

3. To influence the chocolate smoothie to layer, join 1 container solidified cut bananas, 1 glass almond drain, 1/2 teaspoon vanilla, 1 tablespoon maple syrup, and cocoa powder in a blender. Mix until smooth. 

4. To influence the pumpkin smoothie to layer, join 2 glasses solidified cut bananas, 1/2 containers almond drain, 1 teaspoon vanilla, 2 tablespoons maple syrup, 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon (don't hesitate to add more to taste), and pumpkin in a blender. Mix until smooth. 

5. Time to layer your smoothies! Fill a glass with a couple of spoonfuls of the pumpkin blend. Top with a couple of spoonfuls of the vanilla blend and keep on alternating. Rehash with the pumpkin and chocolate blends. Top your smoothies with nuts, granola, and some dried cranberries.

Time to assemble the smoothies! Fill a glass with a couple of spoonfuls of the pumpkin blend. Top with a couple of spoonfuls of the vanilla blend and keep on alternating. Rehash with the pumpkin and chocolate. Blast! How simple is that? 



Top your smoothies with nuts, granola, and some dried cranberries.
